Emblation - the company behind Swift

Microwave Engineers, Gary Beale and Eamon McErlean, who met during post-graduate studies at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, founded Emblation Limited in 2008 with a shared vision of improving lives by making microwave technology more accessible to clinicians and patients across a range of treatments.

Working closely with leading Podiatry and Dermatology specialists, the pair went on to launch Swift® in 2016, as a radical new treatment in the podiatry sector.
